Merge
[edit]I have boldly merged The Heart of Dixie and Heart of Dixie. Although The Heart of Dixie is the older page, WP:DABNAME recommends using the simplest form of the term, so I have kept Heart of Dixie as the disambiguation page and converted The Heart of Dixie to a redirect.
