The article I'm writing on Herrnhaag could use some feedback. I'm getting ready to add the photos once I put them on Wikipedia Commons. Hi. This really is not what helpme is for. Find people you've corresponded with and/or who share your interests to look over articles. Helpme is much more for "How do I do this?" or "Where do I find that?" sort of questions. Also... there's nothing here. How can we comment on it? //roux   05:00, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Chronologie[edit]

HERRNHUT, Note about the website

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herrnhaag#Formation_and_organization_as_a_community_living_in_Christ

There is a contradiction between two sentences : 1. "Herrnhaag (Lord's Grove) was a communal spiritual centre for the Moravian Unity, an early form of Protestantism." 2. "According to church leader Nicolaus Ludwig von Zinzendorf, who planned the community [....]"

"Protestantism" began with the Reformation, in the time of Luther, Calvin etc., i.e. in the 16th century, while Nicolaus Ludwig von Zinzendorf was born on 26 May 1700 and died on 9 May 1760, i.e. two centuries later. So Zinzendorf cannot be a personality of an "early form of Protestantism". Note that the English version of the website <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicolaus_Zinzendorf> says that he was "a major figure of 18th century Protestantism", what is correct. The French version has nearby the same text.
