The compilation of the Dasam Granth

[edit]

Kamalroop Singh Birk has done a PHD on the Dasam Granth, and submitted his thesis to Birmingham University in 2013. Using this as a source, as well as other manuscript evidence catalogued by various Sikh Scholars such as Rattan Singh Jaggi, I think it is appropriate to state (objectively) that (some) codexes of the Dasam Granth were created during the Guru period. For this reason, I have ammened the article as such. Usingh0663 (talk) 00:42, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Usingh0663 - For sure, all viewpoints need to be voiced. I support this as long as alternative viewpoints (with reliable sources) are not removed. Good work! MaplesyrupSushi (talk) 01:43, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I have taken that into consideration and kept the view that bhai mani singh (is said to have) compiled the Dasam Granth codex in the first paragraph Usingh0663 (talk) 02:11, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
