Terryfoster 13:49, 3 April 2006 (UTC) I am currently working on getting rights to the copy on the MMB website. As a former member I assumed certain liberties, but I will hopefully get rights to the copy that was rightfully removed.

Hi Terry--
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. This all sounds completely fine to me. You can go ahead and inform the Wikipedia folks.
Thanks!
Matt
I'm looking to use some of the content from the MMB website to expand/create a couple Wikipedia articles. I'm specifically looking to use the MMB history copy. There are a couple of other items like the notable apperances. If this sounds OK to you please let me know and I will direct the Wikipedia user that posted the copyright violation your way. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michigan_Marching_Band http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michigan_Marching_Band_History

I have fowarded the above message from Matthew A. Burrows to permissions at wikipedia dot org, reverted this page back to the previous version, and noted the permission of use at the top of the page.
Wikify, Wikify
[edit]I see that this topic has been marked with the wikify and cleanup tags. Towards that end, I'm attempting to put together an m:EasyTimeline for the MMB history. It's on my user page, if anyone is interested. Parkerdr 01:58, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
- The timeline is now on the page, in the first section. Parkerdr 03:37, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
Gang, I'm questioning the history under the 1914 section. According to the Bentley library, Michigan's game against Syracuse was in New York in 1914. It was home in 1915. Can someone please verify? - Dools
