Homelessness in Scotland: 2021/22 - gov.scot https://www.gov.scot/publications/homelessness-scotland-2021-22/ lists homeless children and adults. Perhaps these later figures are more accurate i.e.

"Homelessness applications and number of households assessed as homeless or threatened with homelessness (intentional or unintentional) increased but are still lower than pre-pandemic There were 35,230 homelessness applications recorded in 2021/22. This is an increase of 3% compared to 2020/21 (34,286), but is still below 2019/20 (37,060) There were 28,882 households assessed as homeless or threatened with homelessness. This is 3% more than in 2020/21 (28,042), but is still below 2019/20 (31,612) The 28,882 homeless households comprised 32,592 adults and 14,372 children" 88.112.31.26 (talk) 03:08, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
