Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Horace Havemeyer III is the founder of Bellerophon Publications and Metropolis Magazine, two 30+ year corporations with major political and cultural influence in the New York City, US, and Global architecture and design circles. At this time only a small amount of information has been published in Wikipedia as we are attempting to gather a more biographical information. His contributions to design and architecture are numerous, and his efforts to promote discussion in design and architecture have been influential in advocating for sustainability, accessible architecture, historic preservation, and the advancement of human based design. His work has often been thankless, and while he may never receive the due credit for his years of work, he does deserve a small amount of recognition for helping to create a globally recognized architecture and design magazine.

Contested deletion 2

[edit]

Please provide me with a few days to work on this prior to deletion. If it doesn't meet standards by 5PM EST on September 22, then you are correct, but for now, permit me time to learn more about posting to wikipedia and on referencing sources.

Thank you. -Ryan — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ryancmetropolis (talkcontribs) 19:54, 19 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
