Phew! Can't catch your breath between pressing save and being nominated for deletion.

This is not a dictionary entry, though I appreciate the starting sentence is using the word term. I would suggest it is a concept of system design, most notably in computing. It is as notable a concept as Hot swap - and yes I know that policy page too ;)Spenny 23:35, 26 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
