Elimination of orphan status[edit]
I suggest that a new article be started, entitled "Blind Alfred Reed" because this article is beginning to resemble a biography of Reed. A link in that article to this article would eliminate the orphan status, and allow this article to become more precise and devoted more towards the song, not Reed himself. Follow-up on Above Entry User "Gulf3" started the article Blind Alfred Reed. It links to two articles; this article "How Can a Poor Man Stand Such Times and Live?" and the "Bristol sessions." In turn, this article links to Blind Alfred Reed, thus it is no longer an orphaned article.
