This article should not be speedy deleted as lacking sufficient context to identify its subject, because again I am saying i am currently working on the section and you and everyone is deleting it. STOP it. Merger[edit]

This article should be merged with the Alabama Hawks article located here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alabama_Hawks as they are the same team but ceased operations as the Alabama Hawks Armorbeast (talk) 06:26, 27 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

They are not the same team. I've added sources to the article that clear up that the Rockets collapsed financially in October 1966 and that the Huntsville (later, Alabama) Hawks were an entirely new franchise started by new people that recruited heavily from the player base of the Rockets. - Dravecky (talk) 22:09, 13 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
