What arguments allow to claim that the legal status is "uncertain"? The consensus seems to be that it was released without any rights to do so, that the illicit copies were withdrawn from the market, and that nothing official ever came of it after that (no excerpts on any compilation album, for example). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.2.91.222 (talk) 14:12, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
