The song (Carmen Miranda version, I believe, though it's possible it's Rita Lee's version) is used on the soundtrack of the now world-famous short-film/PSA "Cow" made by the Gwent (Wales) Police and Tredegar (Welsh town) Comprehensive School as a graphic warning against text-messaging (texting) while driving. The sequence where it is heard occurs when the teenage girls stop at a gas station (petrol station in UK) and one of them ("Em" played by Amy Ingram) goes in the convenience store attached to the station and buys a bottle of hard cider. A few minutes later the crash occurs and the two girl passengers are killed, while the driver ("Cass 'Cow' Cowan" played by Jenny Davies) survives with multiple injuries. People in the other 2 cars involved in the accident are also killed. Maccb (talk) 04:06, 8 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Chipmunk Adventure[edit]

This song also makes an appearance in The Chipmunk Adventure (1987), while the Chipmunks are in Mexico. I am going to be Bold and include it in this article, but first wanted to mention it here since this is such a low-traffic article. On second thought, maybe I might not; the title of the song in The Chipmunk Adventure article is "I, Yi, Yi, Yi, Yi (I Cuanto le Gusta)". Though it's highly likely it's the same song (the first line of the song is, " I, Yi, Yi, Yi, Yi-I like you very much; I, Yi, Yi, Yi, Yi-I think you're grand,"), I'm going to err on the side of caution and check the 1941 version against the one from The Chipmunk Adventure on YouTube, assuming both versions are available for listening on YT (when I get a little free time). In the meantime, anyone who is certain of the connection (or has time to check YT) is certainly welcome to contribute. I will probably be the one to tackle this, because I don't think this article gets much viewership. But for anyone who may be reading this, the titles are different (at least according to this article and The Chipmunk Adventure article), but it almost seems that they would be the same song--but it needs to be verified. Also, if (from more verifiable sources) it appears that the two articles should contain the same title for the song, be sure to make that change in whichever article quoted the (wrong?) title.
