in the trivia section the writer talks about prue not being revived when he wished the charmed ones alive but in this episode the charmed ones spirits had not yet moved on but prues had so this could effictively cancel prue out of the genies magic and prue was also cremated this could mean there was no body for prues soul to return to keeping her in the heavens
Yes but the wish could be like this: I wish for all the Halliwell sisters to be alive again,instead of the "Charmed Ones". This would effectively include Prue, whether thers a body or not, im sure magic could bring her back. Of course we know Shannon Doherty isnt coming back but in the "Charmed" world, the sisters could have instructed the master to wish that if they were smart enough.
