Meaning of the name
[edit]Ilirian (or sometimes written Ilirjan) means “the free-man”. And is build up, by the albanian words “i” “lirë”. lirë means free. Free like in freedom and not like the word cheap. -ian or jan are common endings in albanian names. Furthermore the name comes from the ancestors of the Albanians, the Ilirians (alb. Iliria, lat.
