The article says "Medically, a cornea transplant is currently the only procedure that takes advantage of this." but i found that recent gene therapy in the eye also takes advantage of it. I believe that this article should also contain information about the gut-immune interface and give consideration and citation to commensal gut bacteria; which are privileged from the adaptive immune system. Ettatro (talk) 20:25, 1 May 2013 (UTC)
