Mixtape or EP

While the sources currently in the article lean towards EP despite its length (e.g., Billboard, The Source, The Express Tribune), several other sources say mixtape. Rolling Stone for example, which is already in the article. Other sources calling the project a mixtape include a newer article from The Source, Hypebeast, HotNewHipHop, Clash, Pitchfork, TMZ, and Stereogum. Additionally, the description on iTunes, which I am pretty sure is provided by the label, calls it a mixtape and Red herself calls it a tape on Instagram.
