Cleanup

I have done some cleanup of this page to make it more succinct and consistent. The List pages are all in the same place. Categories are more clearly identified. Articles are alphabetized using the title without the words "North Carolina" in them. Not sure how many people use this page, but I found it a useful encyclppedia of Wikipedia North Carolina articles.
