Move suggestion

This article has been flagged as being basically a dictionary definition, and I concur. The two sensible solutions that readily come to mind are:

rename the article Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 and rewrite it accordingly; or
redirect the article to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 § Background.
