Hi -- This is quite a well-done artice, but I have a couple of questions. First, this article looks a lot like it is being created as part of an educational assignment. Is it? Second, can you verify explicitly that all of the images are really original work? I feel a need to ask because one of the figures has a very professional appearance. Hi Looie496 -- Yes, this article was written as a class assignment for a graduate level biological chemistry class at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. We appreciate your concern, but I can confirm that all of the images are original! We have added the PDB accession codes in the captions for the PyMol images for clarity. Please let us know if you have any other questions, and we will be happy to address them.

Okay, I've moved the article into article space (after screwing up a couple of times). I also created a redirect to it from ITP3K. I'm sure you realize that there are still a few things that need fixing, but it's already good enough to exist as an article. Could you tell me which class this is (the course number and the professor)? Also it might be useful to add some information to the Commons page for the signaling pathway diagram, saying something about the process by which is was created -- otherwise I might not be the only one who suspects it was copied from somewhere.
