Copy and Paste Copyright Violations

Most of article is directly copied and pasted from the IOD website with no attempts of attribution.

I will begin deleting copy and pasted sections and will recreate the article from there.

I have finished removing the violations and have begun re-adding information, complete with citations (of which it had none before)
