[edit]The IPS is a sub-document of the National Strategy for Homeland Security. An article just to explain this plan appears excessive detail and lacks interest for an encyclopaedic entry when the information is just duplicated from the document.—Ash (talk) 13:34, 18 August 2009 (UTC)
