The page can't be linked to the the wikidata element of de.wikipedia and it.Wikipedia. Do we need to create Iovine (disambiguation) and make a redirect to Iovine? If the title isn't disambiguated with the string "(surname)", I think it shall be read as a disambiguation page, even if the categorization is for a surname list.
This rule creates a lot of WP articles that are deprived of interwikis, orphanized and become a possible candidate for deletion.Philosopher81sp (talk) 17:26, 17 September 2020 (UTC)
