The "Assyrian" Christians are proud of their links with ancient history. Did Abd_al-Karim Qasim renounce Islam when he adopted ancient Mesopotamian symbolism for Iraq's national emblem? He sure didn't think so. AnonMoos (talk) 07:45, 24 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
