English name[edit]

I understand that calls it "Central Institute for the Union Catalogue of Italian Libraries and Bibliographic Information", but this name makes no sense in English. What Union? No such Union exists. Unless the English name it made official/forced upon us by some decree, I'd rather use a correct translation of the Italian name so that English speakers have a chance to understand it. --Nemo 09:39, 28 October 2018 (UTC)
