Hello,
I hope you are well.
I'm fairly new to Wikipedia and decided to have a go at creating a new page. I've noticed the page I created mentions I may be close to the subject, however, this is not the case.
I'm a retired teacher and interested in helping with Education related articles. I gathered as much information as I could on the internet and tried to back it up with references. It would be great to work with you and make any changes you feel the page may need.
Many thanks
- Thank you for your message and for creating this article. To address what suggests that you may have a conflict of interest;
- * You have added a fair amount of personal info to the article without any source. How did you come about this information? Can you cite it? Wikipedia should not contain personal information about people unless it is already in the public domain, relevant and notable.
- * You uploaded a photograph of Seaton that you say you took yourself. How did you come to take this photograph?
- * It looks like Seaton (and his wife) are not particularly notable other than through Twinkl. You need to establish what makes him notable beyond this to merit a separate article.
- Thanks. --Escape Orbit (Talk) 14:36, 5 August 2020 (UTC)
Thank you, that's very useful.
- In regards to information, I found in an interview with The Sheffield Star, however, I could not reference due to not being able to source the article again.
- The image, I found from https://www.thebusinessdesk.com/yorkshire/news/2043595-expanding-education-business-creates-industry-buzz-with-new-edtech-acclerator and did not photograph it myself.
Again, thank you for taking your time to respond. I will look for further information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Headteacher1978 (talk • contribs) 10:34, 6 August 2020 (UTC)
