Why does it say Scott wrote the song, the source for it is some random blog and a reddit post.. pretty sure Mark wrote it

Australia Version of Josie (Single)

Hey,

I have a different version of the Josie Single that was released here in Australia. It's track listing is:

1 Josie (Everything's Gonna Be Fine) 2 Untitled (Live) 3 Dammit (Live) 4 Does My Breath Smell? (Live) 5 Wasting Time (Live)

It has a different cover which has a photo of the band (when Scott was in the band) behind a golf ball which has Blink 182 on the front of it.

I can provide scans/photos of it if proof is needed..

Where does it say that in the title? its not on the track listing of dude ranch, and its not on the cover. Can anyone show me where thats from?

Article title

The article is currently titled "Josie (Everything's Gonna Be Fine)", and the opening sentence identifies the subject as "'Josie (Everything's Gonna Be Fine)' (often shortened to 'Josie')". I am curious as to why the parenthetical "(Everything's Gonna Be Fine)" is considered part of the song title proper, and why just "Josie" is considered a "shortening" of the title. I have several Blink-182 releases on which this song appears laid out in front of me: The Dude Ranch album, the "Josie" US CD-single, the Greatest Hits album, and both VHS and DVD copies of The Urethra Chronicles. All list the song as just "Josie", on both the back covers and inside liner notes (and in the case of the CD-single, on the front cover as well). Not a single one of these carries the parenthetical "(Everything's Gonna Be Fine)". What, then, is the source of the parenthetical in this article? I can imagine it being added to the on-screen information of the music video when it was played on television, as was often common for songs whose titles did not appear in their lyrics, but it does not actually appear to be part of the song title on any Blink-182 release. I therefore propose that the article be moved to the title Josie (Blink-182 song) (disambiguation being necessary; see Josie), with the lead sentence adjusted to indicate that the parenthetical is sometimes appended as a subtitle. --IllaZilla (talk) 19:31, 28 February 2016 (UTC)
