More history please[edit]

I feel this needs more historic context, at present, until the very recent past it is just a description of each club's fortunes without much to explain their relationship with one another. The Higuain situation definitely shows a depth of feeling which must have more to it, but it should be better shown how this came about other than North v South (although I realise that in itself is a big deal). I'm hopeful sky have done a recent piece on it to promote the fixture for their TV purposes? Crowsus (talk) 00:59, 11 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Dantetheperuvian: Maybe you can find something if you have. Vaselineeeeeeee★★★ 16:50, 11 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
This rivalry, based in campanilismo like Juventus-Roma, Fiorentina-Juventus and also Bologna-Juventus (and more "feeled" outside Turin due Derby della Mole) began in 1960s. In Christian Bromberger (also available in English) and Richard Giulianotti books there are more info about Juventus-Napoli...--Dantetheperuvian (talk) 00:02, 13 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
