The title of the article is misspelled. It should be Juxtacrine signaling.Cfpresley 02:31, 4 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Most American dictionaries give signalling as well as signaling; see American and British English spelling differences#Doubled consonants. -R. S. Shaw 18:20, 4 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

In the original paper they spelled it "Juxtacrine Signaling". Therefore I would suggest signaling instead of signalling. User:anonymous 18 October 2011 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.235.64.255 (talk) 08:05, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Juxtacrine Signaling

[edit]

While the article gives a general definition of juxtacrine signaling along with a few examples, it doesn’t really go into the mechanisms by which the signaling works. It could be improved by expounding on “Notch signaling” by giving a detailed explanation of the molecular mechanisms involved and the pathway that it controls. Why is there no information about juctacrine signaling's "important role" in the immune response? Katie.toperzer (talk) 00:13, 2 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
