Untitled[edit]

Michael Eavis reckons that "K Cera Cera" was dreadful? Its a damned site better than some of the crap he puts on in Glastonbury these days. He's always been right up his own arse though.

Apparently he does. Or did. Shows how pitifully little the bearded cunt understands.

K Cera Cera used in a fictional copyright action[edit]

This almost certainly doesn't belong in the article in its current form/state but might be of interest... http://whatisfairuse.blogspot.com/ ... a law class at Caste Western Reserve is arguing for and against this being copyright infringement of Que Sera Sera. ++Lar: t/c 02:48, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

@Lar: I hope you weren't hanging on for a reply ;) This is interesting, and I plan to read in full when I have time, but I'm afraid a real-life case would be doomed to fail, as apparently the writers of both Que Sera Sera and Happy Xmas (War Is Over) are credited. In fact, Drummond and Cauty appear to have claimed no songwriting credit at all. I don't have the CD to hand, but I'm sure I would have checked this at the time. Discogs.com show the same songwriters as the article. --kingboyk (talk) 05:29, 24 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
