New article for chapter list
Although there are enough chapters (by the WP Fraternities and Sororities guidelines) for this content to be moved to a stand-alone article, I am leaving the chapter list as part of the main article because the list lacks the independent sources needed to meet Wikipedia's guidelines for notability.
