Explaining my assessment

This article basically has a list of junctions, which is completely substandard and has to be completely redone; recent and planned construction, which should be discussed more thoroughly in a separate section, with the inclusion of reliable sources; and a single sentence of actual route description. As such, I do not feel that this article meets Start-Class standards, and thus I am demoting it to Stub-Class. -happy 5214 11:27, 22 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
