Association with the MPAA?

This movie is one of two movies that I've seen with a "Proudly presented by the Motion Picture Association of America" credit in the beginning of the movie. The other one was The Impossible Years (1968), which was one of the first movies to get a G rating apparently. Does this have any significance? Why don't other movies have such a credit? Did the MPAA provide any special help? -- Suso 03:18, 3 June 2006 (UTC)

Image:Kingpin DVD cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Trivia?

An editor went ahead and deleted the whole section. WP:TRIVIA is discouraged but it can be cleaned up and the article improved.

A lot of the trivia section is about filming locations. This could be added to a Production section.

This article does not include a Cast section. Cast information including cameos would address another portion of what was listed as Trivia.

In another longer version of the trivia section there are a few films parodied by Kingpin, these should be possible to reference using critics reviews of the film, avoiding problems of WP:OR original research. Prose would be better than a list of parodies, but it isn't immediately clear how best to do that.
