Pronunciation
[edit]The family pronounces the name with the "Kuh" at the beginning and most of the public follows suit. See [1]. - SummerPhDv2.0 19:14, 21 September 2020 (UTC)
Random Bumper Car/Boat Facts
[edit]In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the bumper boats were another attraction which was not covered with the hand stamp. They were also not in a natural water source, but a wooden decked structure with a liner to hold in the water. It was located on fringe of the park as a bit of an after thought and likelY did not operate for many years.
Also during this time period the bumper cars had the same main operator for several years. The mechanics of the attraction required more personal involvement of the operator than most other rides to avoid head on collisions and to keep riders moving roughly in the designated direction of the track. The operator was doing it so long that his likeness and first name were painted into a comical scene on the sign for the ride. These are my childhood memories and lack specific documentation. This is just to highlight these random facts in the hopes that anyone better versed in the history of the park can properly edit and document these facts for inclusion in the official article. Crystal Pool
[edit]Knoebels is also one of the very few amusement parks with a bonafide swimming pool as opposed to just water slides and a wavepool like most amusement parks have. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.5.122.1 (talk) 21:47, 1 June 2022 (UTC)
