@Anthony Appleyard: If you look at the history of the article, you'll realize it started out as a draft. Since the acceptance of the draft was invalid (that is, done through AFCH, presumably by someone with the new page reviewer right), it needs to be a draft still. Please do what's necessary to make it a draft again. Thank you.
Unfortunately, I don't believe everyone else who's been pinged doesn't have the experience to really make a decision about this. Two of them haven't collaborated enough to have a talk page.
