Kakarlapudi is the first names article I've seen that does not include a list of persons in it. Names articles are essentially lists. I've searched for this surname but can't find any bios of persons with this surname. The content itself does not seems to meet notability so should be merged to another article --Hutcher (talk) 02:55, 25 January 2011 (UTC)

I have unilaterally closed this proposal. No-one has responded in 2 years and if a subject is not notable then go thataway. - Sitush (talk) 21:42, 23 February 2013 (UTC)
