Merger proposal
[edit]The Las Hoyas article is just effectively a more expanded version of this article, as Las Hoyas seems to be synonymous with the formation as far as I can see, and there doesn't need to be a separate article discussing it given the barebones nature of this article.
- Good catch; appears to be the distinction between the stratum and the locality, for which I can't see a compelling reason at this point. A merge seems sensible. --Elmidae (talk · contribs) 10:54, 9 July 2018 (UTC)
- I agree that a merger makes sense as there is no Las Hoyas Formation as far as I can tell, only a locality of that name, although even the palaeontologists seem a little confused. Mikenorton (talk) 11:02, 9 July 2018 (UTC)
