Railway town?

[edit]

This is not in the sources, and it seems unlikely as there are no railways nearby. The sources mention the name, but don't say anything about it, and one of them is a blog which appears use Wikipedia as a source. https://web.archive.org/web/20150814235219/http://www.inp.rnrt.tn/Carte_archeo/html/168_fr.htm (formerly used as a source here) is probably more reliable and says it's an archaeological site but it's just an item in a list; the coordinates there (https://coordinates-converter.com/en/decimal/33.482287,10.083857?karte=OpenStreetMap&zoom=12) point to a location at which OpenStreetMap has a series of dams, near a hamlet called El Adbech (الأدباش) (https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1997440361, https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/189085992) with a mosque (https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/8722309378) but a search doesn't find anything else about it.
