Proposed merge with Composite liner[edit]

These two shortish articles seem to cover the same ground, a composite liner being a specific type of landfill liner. This article even opens by saying "A landfill liner, or composite liner, is..." McGeddon (talk) 17:53, 17 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
