[edit]- The article currently has a handful of primary sources. Are there any reviews that cover the various applications of this technique? Although it's an advanced topic, most of the sources aren't approachable by the high school level reader.
- The mentioning of Protea Biosciences, Inc. may be inappropriate.
- Coverage is okay, but formatting needs work; Try to work in some of the lead section into the application section.
- An illustration is needed.

- Lead section can be less detailed, especially with regards to applications. Suggestion, break off the discussion on application from lead and move it into the application section.
- A review that describes the various applications would be helpful to reduce the number of primary sources.
- Great illustration of the method.
