Shouldn't this have a citation?: "Bush scored an easy victory over MacKay, who ran what is generally considered a rather poor campaign."

It's pretty amazing

It's pretty amazing to all of us in the family that so much has been created or named after him. There's even a trail :)

Lawton Chiles IV

It is indeed, amazing what he has done for our state. Unfortuantely, your anecdotes don't particularly suit Wikipedia, since it violates a couple of items listed in What Wikipedia is not. Mariana 13:43, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
I completely concur and back Mariana's revert. Rashad9607 19:07, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

Lawton Chiles International House

There is a building at the National Institutes of Health named for Chiles. It was dedicated in 1998 and houses the NIH Fogarty International Center. Is it worth a mention in this article? [1]Wrathchild (talk) 18:24, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

1994 Re-election Campaign

The article does not mention "..the deceptive scare calls that were made to older voters in the final days of his reelection campaign."

The passage about the 1994 re-election should be edited to include a reference to it.

Here is a $$$ article citation that I googled:

Lethal Injection

—Preceding unsigned comment added by JWF1959 (talkcontribs) 18:03, 21 July 2008 (UTC)

Lethal injection was introduced under Bush's administration in 1999 after the botched execution of Allen Lee Davis.

Since the Bush administration began on 1/20/01, this is an obvious error.

The reference is to the Jeb Bush administration in Florida, which began in 1999. Pillsberry (talk) 16:40, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
