Lefkara Lace unesco heritage
[edit]used to be sold all over europe, it is still popular with tourists. Lefkaritika is a hand made lace from lefkara. Notable charcteristics are the hemstitch, cut work, satin stitch fillings , needlepoint edgings, White, brown , ecru colours and geometric intricate patterns.

The museum is located in a restored house and exhibits the furniture and effects of a wealthy family, local costumes and examples of the Lefkara lacework.
