Instrument after intro
[edit]The instrument that's played right after the intro riff is a Jew's harp? I always thought it was an acoustic guitar. I guess they sound similar. --76.117.83.92 19:48, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
The version of "Life's Been Good" on FM is 8:05 minutes long. So the original version didn't have the inside joke at the end. --76.117.50.88 (talk) 21:05, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
- Wait. The instrument played after the intro is an acoustic guitar. This article tells us that a Jew's harp is used in the first solo on this song, but I thought that was a guitar solo. Does Joe Walsh play the guitar with his teeth, or are the resonant sound effects (which were thought to be coming from a synthesizer) coming from the Jew's harp? --76.124.20.123 (talk) 11:24, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
"inside joke"
[edit]Wouldn't be more accurate to call it a hidden track? I get that what is in the hidden track is an "inside joke," but isn't it established that the practice of putting someting as an extra at the end of a tracklist is called a hidden track? Medleystudios72 (talk) 20:49, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
Maserati
[edit]In the interview section it states that Joe Walsh never owned a Maserati, however, it is well-documented that he owned a Maserati 5000 GT "Shah of Iran", one of only 35 cars built. The car he owned is still around, and its provenance is completely tracked and known. The Wikipedia page about the Maserati 5000 GT also cites him as a celebrity owner.
