Merging
I think that the Lili article should be deleted with Liliger left, because the Lili article is both unreferenced and Lili is not the formal name for a liger x lion hybrid. Gug01 (talk) 20:34, 15 January 2015 (UTC) Gug 01

Size
So, ligers are huge because the epigenetic factor in lionesses that reduces cub size is absent, right? So then, a li-liger made from a lion and a ligress would logically be even bigger, right? And so on, until you managed to achieve a 'lioness-less' cat that was almost completely lion, but without that size-reducing factor, thereby showing the maximum potential size of _panthera_ right?
