I have been looking through previous years, and to me the order in which this information is presented is a bit chaotic, at least in the open-wheel section. Therefore, I'd like to make a suggestion for ordering the information in what I feel is the most logical sense:

  1. Major series: Formula 1, Formula E, IndyCar, SuperFormula
  2. Formula 2 (there is only one series, so no more to say here)
  3. Formula 3 International (including the FIA F3 Championship as well as the Macau GP)
  4. Formula 3 Regional (first of all, the FIA official championships, such as F3 Asian, F3 Americas, FRegional Europe and FRegional Japanese - then the non-official series using the F3R cars, such as the Formula Renault EuroCup and AsiaCup, the W Series and the Toyota Racing Series)
  5. Other Formula 3 (I'd go here with the series using F3-homologated cars not being either the FIA F3 or the F3R cars - that is, Euroformula Open, Super Formula Lights, BRDC F3, Australian S5000 and MRF Challenge - and then with those National series such as de MSV F3 Cup, the Austrian F3, the FIA-CEZ series and those minor championships)
  6. Formula 4 (first the official FIA series, then the non-FIA series using the FIA F4 cars such as Formula Academy Finland or Danish F4, then those using similar cars such as Formula Nordic)
  7. Road to Indy (Indy Lights, Indy Pro 2000, US F2000)
  8. Other series (such as BOSS GP and the FFord series)

Obviously this is a suggestion, if you like it I could contribute to the listing of all championships scheduled in this order. I am not going to deal with other sections since I am not much into them. So... as you like. Sjælefred Herm (talk) 13:49, 24 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
