Chrono over Alpha?
[edit]I think the list should run chronologically instead of alphabetically. Kushboy 20:15, August 15, 2005 (UTC)
I agree, but how should it be done? Earliest first? By last year as broadcaster? -- Win777 19:05, 31 August 2005 (UTC)
- Seems like from a fan's view, they (we) would be able to associte with the announcers by their last year calling games. I think we should set a standard for all of the MLB pages, too - be it for broadcasters, players or managers - and list them all in reverse chonological order by the last year associated with the team, with the most recent listed at the top. What say you?--CrazyTalk 19:57, August 31, 2005 (UTC)
- BTW, a great source for this is Total Baseball, 7th ed. If possible, I think we should list what station they worked for and whether it was TV or radio or both.--CrazyTalk 19:59, August 31, 2005 (UTC)
I don't think Michael Kay was a television broadcaster until the Yes network starting airing the games. Before that, he was on radio, but he did do the television postgame show.
Suzyn Waldman singled out?
[edit]Why is Waldman listed separately from the other radio broadcasters and not in her chronological position? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mweisenfeld (talk • contribs) 00:42, 26 April 2013 (UTC)
- Not hearing any dissent, the change is made.Mweisenfeld
Spanish Broadcasters
[edit]I find it appalling that Spanish-language broadcasters for the Yankees are completely erased from this page. I will have to fix this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zelator (talk • contribs) 17:49, 11 September 2022 (UTC)
