  • If you have discovered URLs which were erroneously considered dead by the bot, you can report them with this tool.
  • If you found an error with any archives or the URLs themselves, you can fix them with this tool.

First Female American Director and First and Only X Rated Film to Win Best Picture

I propose the following additions to this page:

1914 - Lois Weber becomes the first female American director of a feature length film with The Merchant of Venice [1] [2]

1970 - Midnight Cowboy becomes the first and only X-rated movie to win Best Picture at the Oscars. The MPAA later changed their X-rating to NC-17. [3] MaxMStein (talk) 18:42, 5 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
