Need protection on this article ASAP.

I need this article to get the protection that blocks IP users from editing. There are lots of IP users vandalizing, primarily trying to censor the top 3 which are South Asian countries. Specifically, they are the three biggest South Asian countries: India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. It makes you think that maybe they are from those countries and don't want their country to look bad. I checked the geolocation of the most recent IP vandal. It's from Dubai. Dubai is the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
