purpose of this article?
[edit]Anyone care to explain the purpose of this article? It looks like a random mish-mash of concepts from no particular area of law, and has no explanation or caveats. Yup, this page is a mess. This is so from the title onwards: should it in fact be renamed "List of legal concepts and principles," as per (what passes for) the lead? --jbmurray (talk • contribs) 13:56, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
