Untitled

I referenced an article from Tengri News, from the article Kashagan Field. It is the same one as this article describes as "Tengrinews.kz online English-language news service". How should I link to it, from a news cite reference? Is it notable? I noticed, when checking it, that there is an online list of Kazakhstan Newspapers, that includes some not listed here: http://www.onlinenewspapers.com/kazakhst.htm --DouglasReay (talk) 13:15, 13 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
