Hardly Any Actual Slice of Life Anime in the List
[edit]Probably only 8 or 9 titles in this list are actually Slice of Life, whoever composed the list definitely misunderstood the definition.
Lucky Star, just for one example, is an episodic gag school comedy with virtually no Slice of Life elements present. In addition, some of the most prominent actual Slice of Life titles are missing from this list, such as Mushishi, Yokohama Kaidashi Kikō and Bartender.
This list should be heavily reworked and the actual definition of Slice of life (see page) should be considered when choosing titles. User:philip72 (User talk:philip772) 08:59, 04 August 2014 (UTC)
- The anime listed here are what the sources say are slice of life. Personally, I also don't agree with some, but per the verifiability policy we can only list those anime that have reliable sources saying they're slice of life.--Cattus talk 14:17, 5 August 2014 (UTC)
- I've found sources for the anime you mentioned and have added them to the list.--Cattus talk 15:01, 5 August 2014 (UTC)
