This list is largely based on Appointments to the Chiltern Hundreds and Manor of Northstead Stewardships since 1850, published by the House of Commons Department of Information Services.

A revised version of that list was published in January 2010, which contains a significant number of new entries, and apparently some revisions. For example, I have just added a missing entry to the Northstead list.
